Shipping Policy
SHIPPING TIMES:
Please allow up to 5-7 days for order process. Items will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail; items will take 3-5 business days to arrive from the shipping date. International Packages may vary. (COVID-19 may affect shipping times)
Impulsive LLC is not responsible for lost packages or orders completed with incorrect shipping addresses. Please contact sales@impulsivellc.com to change shipping address as soon as possible, but this will not be guaranteed.
LOST PACKAGES:
Lost packages please contact your local post office/ USPS for more information on where you package may be. Afterwards, please contact us to start a lost package claim with USPS.
There will be no compensation provided by Impulsive LLC.
Please leave a note at checkout if you would not like to receive the rose petals.

RETURNS:
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be initiated once the packaged has been delivered back to our offices.
