**Fulfillment Time**

We strive to process and fulfill orders within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this time frame may be subject to change during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

**Shipping Method**

We primarily use USPS for shipping. Delivery within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. International orders may take longer based on the destination.

**Lost or Damaged Packages**

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid any issues.

**Returns**

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

**Refunds**

Refunds are initiated once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you via email once the refund process has been completed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

LOST PACKAGES:

Lost packages please contact your local post office/ USPS for more information on where you package may be. Afterwards, please contact us to start a lost package claim with USPS.
